Urgent

I received my payslip last week and it states that sanlam will deduct 285 monthend on my salary...I call customer service and a Wendy tells me maybe I did join but now I forgot or I changed my mind...am soon angry now with sanlam cz after all that when I tell their consultants are ***** they say investigation will take 3 months...how is that even possible I am moss saying I did not take up anything with sanlam
