Been called by consultant at 16:30 she just made enquiries toe my complain n will investigate how far matter of the claim.family members was called and i aswell to give interviews after that n still quiet till now and there just tomorow sunday is funeral .service is pathetic and im telling everyone of my expierence with sanlam.it is disgrace why dont they duvalidarions reports n assesment when policies are taken out n money is deducted.i will definetly not leave this matter like this.they make you feel like your ******** n abuse you with this system of theirs company .i will not recommend anyone to take policies out with them
