<p>I have a problem on September last year I opened a policy with Corner Stone. The consultant included a tombstone cover without my permission . There has been deducted on my account for the past 5 months. December last year I received mails from the post office to my surprise there's a tombstone policy include.</p> <p>Then this year I went to Assupol at Maponya on the 18th February 2017 to do a cancellation of the tombstone policy and an affidavit stating the reason of my cancellation as well as stating to be refunded the tombstone money that had been deducted. The consulted promised they will call me during the week but no one called me .The same deduction this month March 2017 was made on my account I dont understand . On the 2nd March 2017 I eacalated the matter to the <strong>Branch Office Liaison</strong> on behalf of Corner Stone Assupol she promised to give me feeback in a week but the promised was not fullfilled. I called the branch office the following week she informrd me that they are working on it and i will be refunded my money. Please be informed that Corner Stone have ************* people. Thanks</p>
