Unsatisfactory service

I've been making a claim for my late mothers estate since July and assupol still hasn't responded positively they will call u after a month and tell u about a missing form u send the form then they keep quiet it's been 3 months still I haven't received their claim yet they say u get assisted within minuted on their adverts
