Unreliable, ************* and appalling service.

Monday the 8th of January we sent a please call me back on your website requesting to be called to my surprise, no one called! Wednesday the 10th another please call me was sent and no one called! Friday the 12th I called and one of your agents from Vanderbijlpark and said they would assign an agent close to me to call me back. Only Monday the 15th your call center decides to call and said they would call me back either on Tuesday or Wednesday!!!! It's Thursday today and still nothing, no call not even an email!!! If this is how you treat your potential clients, then clearly I should take my business and money elsewhere! Your agencies are *****, unprofessional and unreliable! They have no sense of urgency and take no pride in their work. It makes me question your ethics and service! Your turnaround time is pathetic!
