Unproffessionalism and inhuman sanlam

My niece passed away last week wednesday due to prolonged illness ,she had systemic lupus which one very aggressive and suffefered alot during her time with this sickness When it was time to claim from sanlam the diffuculty that came with a simple funeral claim is really unacceptable This has been a really tough time for my family and our aim is to bury our child with dignitty and love We are stuck on one place now due to the unprefeesionalism of sanlam
