Unprofessionalism and no TCF

I used to work for a company that had a provident fund with Sanlam and i have requested them to send me my 2018tax certificate in July to datei havent received the documents they only sent me 2023 documents i have sent numerous emails but it seems everyone is ignoring it and forwarding cellphone numberto ther sales department for themto sell me insurances that i do not need
