Unprofessional, unbothered and lazy staff
I have been trying to transfer my fund from my previous employer to Sanlam since 2019, the guy who was initially assisting me left Sanlam and handed over to a Zest Tonga, Nozipho Nyankula and Clarees Adams but none of them have bothered to contact me or at least respond to my countless emails.
