Unprofessional service
Sanlam is possibly the worst company to deal with. Retirement Annuity Policy for over 14 years. Not once has anyone contacted me. Now that I have a query, still no one has helped me. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks, and no one is willing to assist me. All they can do is send a request. Absolutely shocking service.
