Unprofessional Sanlam does not have a proper client update form.

Unprofessional! I requested to update my bank details. I emailed bank confirmation letter and ID. But a service delivery agent (Siyolise - Ticket: 355705) rep**** for me to first fill in a form - and forwarded me a Word document with strange links and fields and missing info etc. I advised that it was incorrect and was then sent a shoddy PDF sheet that seemed to come off a grade 5 school kids pc! I am shocked that the giant company SANLAM in whose hands I place the livelihood and well-being of my family operates so shoddily!! Sanlam - Please contact me to do professional client update forms for you. And please note that my bank details have still not been updated!
