Unprofessional life cover!

I had life insurance cover for my bond for over 8 years which was to be canceled over a year ago already but has still not been canceled and I am still being deducted monthly for it. I have contacted Mpho Seemela from Maleba Blue Star and he directed me to his assistant Lesego Seemela who called me on the 11th April to confirm this has been escalated and I will receive feedback in 48 hours. I have yet to receive feedback about cancelation of my policy as well as my refunds!
