Unprofessional , i urge all my family and church members to move from them

MY grandmother passed on with 3 days to finish waiting period , i had already paid all my six premiums , they dint pay out a cent and on top of that dint even give me back my premiums like other insurances does, have been calling for over a week to get that decline letter nothing up until today . will make sure that no one at my church and my family use this un professional insurance scheme , NO one called or bothered to call or email to tell me they client the claim .
