Unpaid refund from Sanlam

I cancelled my Sanlam funeral policy in February 2024 but every month they deduct from my bank account (since February)and I have to fill in a cancelation form every month so that I can get my refund. This month I did fill in cancelation form but they refunded the R218 that was from my payslip. I want my R510.30 that was deducted in September 2024. I received an sms saying claim paid. My R510.30 was never paid, I want it back. Sanlam should stop deducting my money, both policies are cancelled.
