Unpaid policies claims

My mom passed away 2021 august she's got apolicy and an investment whereby mr cuten Williams is busy working with it since when i went to him last year for a claim he told me i must go and bury my mom in a sarcastic manner and i should get letter of authority from master high court even though the policy was having a beneficiary written in black on paper,after being contacted by ABSA manager who is busy helping me with my mom's will he amused himself about what he said to me then he said i should bring policies so that he can help me On the 8th August 2022iwent for help from him on Thursday of that week his pa mr Bradley called for my bank statement same wa send to mr Williams on Monday and was telepathically notified that it is sen to him but till today nothing paid anwhen called mr Williams he doesn't answer his phone
