Unpaid funeral cover
I am so unhappy with the service from sanlam indie, i submitted my funeral claim on Thursday and till today I haven't received any funds. So why would we join a funeral cover and end up borrowing money to bury a person covered under the cover. The email stated my claim went for validation and will take up to 5days. I'm in debt now while I have a funeral cover is that fair???
