Unpaid claims taking long and unbothered Sanlam administrator

Unclaimed benefits If you're working or you're an employer , I would suggest you look for another company to take care of your employees funds and your organization's reputation. Your kids will go hungry waiting for Sanlam to pay up unclaimed monies that they were supposed to be paid as soon as they were aware a certain person passed on. I asked Sanlam repeatedly if they have any policies unpaid due to my mom , the said "nothing" for 3 years i kept asking. Same answer , then this year they call via a tracking agent , request documents , recieve them and its been over a month since communication and receipt of documents. We are struggling and they are just sitting there not paying us anything. They keep talking about processes, which processes takes over a month and 3 weeks to pay out ? In all honesty it's because they never care. They do not have urgency and they do not update anyone. Don't bother yourself taking up this company products
