Unpaid Claims

I would like to know what is yours people turn around time on claim pay outs cause really this is ridiculous, you are on point when it comes to collecting contributions but when it comes to paying out claims you have endless problems. Honestly how long does it take you to process a claim submitted in April???? and my problem with you people is that when there is something outstanding or that you still require to process your claims you never communicate, now this cant be a coincident not so long ago I sent a complaint about my mothers claim and you magically paid, and now my aunt is going through the same problem, so clearly your policy is not to pay claims.<br> <br> Now Jabulile Tshabalala from Client Relations (Sanlam Sky Solutions) my aunt sent you an email this morning following up on your email which you sent on the 14th stating that you are attending to the query and will respond, and guess what??? you haven't responded am defiantly not going to hold my breath<br> <br> Have some decency to treat your clients with respect after all this service you are providing is not for free, without your clients you have no Business. I hope someone takes this matter seriously.<br> <br> Regards
