Unpaid claim going on for more than 6 months now

Sanlam is not paying the claim i had car accident last year September,im paying premiums now i need accidental benefit to come to pal , all documents which costs me money to request provided but all i hear sanlam doesn’t have enough information to prove or assess the claim or do what i don’t know so all in all my injuries are ****? If you are failing to pay just an accidental benefit how can i trust you to pay lifecover to my kids when im gone??😭😭😭
