Unpaid claim by sanlam sky(insurance company)

Hi. I Keboneilwe Mosepele have a serious problem concerning the big company in S.A (Sanlam funerals). I covered my cousin by the name of Matshediso Moletse for morethan 2yrs. Unfortunately my cousin passed away on the 10.05.2022 and unfortunately even today I haven't got the money I claimed for. They are coming up with excuses telling me that I m not blood related to the deseased which I don't know where they getting it from and which was not even stated on the contract. I submitted everything @ sanlam when I app**** for a claim, and I even qualified 2yrs ago. Instead they sending confusing messages like"ur claim is successful and you be paid within 24hrs," well I am still waiting for that 24hrs of them.
