Unpaid claim after a week
My mom processed a claim on the 31st Of July and to this date, the 11th of August nothing has been paid out. We have been sent from pillar to post. This policy is for a pensioner and you expect her to drive from soweto to town where she was turned back to soweto!!! I am extremely upset and even this one star you do not deserve!!! Pathetic staff members who are clueless!!!
