Unpaid claim

Hello Peter, Assupol life take over the business of Top Top funeral, then Top Top shut down their office at Nkandla, so I didn't change beneficiary on my uncles policy after my aunt passed away. Now they need letter of authority and estate account. My Surname and my uncles surname are totally different so I don't get letter of authority from the court. I've sent all documents to prove that I am the one who buried my uncle and I even sent my aunt's ( my uncle's sister the beneficiary) death certificate to show them that I am related to this family
