Unpaid Claim

Siphiwe Tshabalala has put a claim for my grandmother two weeks ago on Assupol Life to now the claim has not been paid. When they advertise on TV they say it pays within 24 hours. What also surprises me is that I was not put on the system as a beneficiary yet on the pink form it has my name and ID numbers. Assupol is just a new *******. They call and pretend as if they will solve my matter but none has been done. We even went to the bank to make a loan to bury the principal owner of this policy. Which is so much unfair to us as a Family that now we had to go and borrow money to bury our loved one. Assupol is such a disgrace.
