Unpaid claim

I have submitted my exit claim in February this year, it is now more than 40 days and I haven’t received any feedback or payout on my claim. I have sent multiple emails and every time I call they say they are escalating my claim. It has now been escalated for the third time and still no feedback. This company is *********** and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Extremely poor service.
