Unnecessary payout delays on Pension and Provident Funds

My initial complaint against Sanlam that I lodged this morning regarding the delays on my pension and provident fund was removed claiming that is my 2nd complaint which is not true.

I want this matter resolved. Tax directives has been approved on the 11th April 2012 and I was told that I will be paid by the 20th. Now all of the sudden it's additional a 2 weeks. What's holding my funds abuse initially I was told that payments are dependant on SARS Directive approval?

Do not confused matter. My last year's complaint was for Reality. This one is related to my pension and provident funds.
