Unhappy with the processes of my claim

On the 3rd January 2018 I submitted my late brother's death claim to be prosessed but to date I haven't received any money to bury my brother with dignity. The respond I got was an email from their consultant by the name of Nomfundo Ntuli who asked for my contact details which I submitted to her.She hasn't contacted me to date.I'm surprised because the claim was supposed to take 48hrs but this one I'm on the 6th day.Please help me I want to bury my brother I need the funds
