Unhappy customer

It's been a month since I have send in a request. When I express my disappointment, my call was placed on hold. Very rude lady who doesn't even listen to customer complaints . Said I have no 1 to talk to about the matter and there is nothing she can do.drained by their waiting period they say 7 to 14 days but it takes longer .
