Unhappy customer

Title: Extremely disappointed with Assupol’s service

I am honestly so disappointed and frustrated with Assupol. I have been trying to cancel two of my policies and I have sent them several emails clearly stating that I want both policies cancelled.

The last response I received from them actually said that the cancellation had been successful. So, naturally, I thought everything was sorted.

Then today, I received messages saying that my policies had been amended as per my request. The problem is, I never asked for my policies to be amended. I asked for them to be cancelled.

I tried calling Assupol to find out what happened, but the people I spoke to could not even explain what had happened. I was transferred to the cancellation department, but nobody answered the phone. This made me even more frustrated because I am simply trying to get a straightforward issue resolved.

I have also had problems with some of my personal details being captured incorrectly on my policies, which is very concerning.

Honestly, I feel like I am not being taken seriously as a customer. I have done my part by communicating clearly and following up, yet I am still left confused about what is happening with my own policies.

This experience has really changed the way I view Assupol. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of proper communication.

I would honestly advise people to think twice before taking out a policy with Assupol. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not want someone else to go through the same thing.

Assupol, I just want a proper explanation and for my cancellation request to be dealt with correctly.
