Unhappy client from Sanlam
I'm very disappointed with Sanlam, I have an investment plan with them that l cannot cash out their reason is that I made a part withdrawal previously which is not good enough. I need my hard earned money back.😓😓😓They are busy offering me a personal loan while my money is just sitting there!!

I received some feedback at least it brought clarification on some certain issues. But I still don't get why I can't get my money If I want to cancel the investment and don't want the fund to continue.
At least now I'll be more vigilant with what I'm getting myself into.
