unhappy client

i'm not happy with assupol i was busy paying my policy only to find out they removed my kids without my Knowledge for 2 years and when i come back to they they told me communication was forwarded via post and all the time we communicate via email and i did ask for a proof the letter they sent to my address was addressed to Mr Mthembu i dnt know any Mr Thembu not even ant apology from them i requested the recording that they did mention at a sale stage that my kids will be removed till today nothing.this is so unprofessional treating me like i do not matter and they been debiting my account without fail.
