unfriendly call center agent

This is a plea, please do not SMS Assupol for a quote because boy you will get a very unfriendly consultant who is impatient. I need a quote for my family and extended family, I kept on asking questions as i did not understand the different options that you guys offer and the lady that i spoke to sounded so irritated and sooo impatient. I believe asking questions is the only way i can get more info so that i understand what i will be paying for, i did not even get a good bye cause she just hung up when i told her that i still need to call other insures and compare prices. I will never take cover with you when such people are working for you. I just thought i could bring it to your attention, Good customer service goes a long way.
