Unfixed Name Spelling Errors on Will

I took out a WILL and Testament in April 2025 from consultant Jarryd Dalan , all information was provided to him .The will draft was sent however the draft had Name spelling errors, I communicated this to Jarryd to rectify these errors , on 10 November 2025 i again highlighted the names which were spelled wrong on documents and sent to him , 02/12/2025 he responded and sent me the same document with same errors , the worse part is that he has been quite since then up until now , Am still paying the premium but am not happy if anything should happen they will say they can not process documentation because of inaccurate Names on the WILL. This is frustrating .
