Unfair tretment

I called the consultant on friday because i wanted to make a withdrawal on the RA and was told that it is not possible ,how because that is my money that i have been putting away.Please make sure that you get someone to call me and resolve the matter .or else i will be moving my savings to someone else who will undestand when i go through rough time not only care about the premiums that i am paying
