Im soooo LIVID.

I’ve never felt so disrespected by a customer service agent.

Your agents have no Remorse nor any form of professionalism.

I just to Nozuko Mbembe who has the nerve to shout at me for your incompetence. I requested a caller id and she refused to give it.

I demand this matter to be escalated and I want to know what action was taken regard her poor customer service.

This is my 4th request from the 27/02/2020 requesting my policy schedule and confirmation if my payment is up to date.

it makes me question if do you even pay out on time.
