Unclear and Delayed Personal Loan Application Process

I would like to express my concern regarding the turnaround time and communication surrounding my personal loan application. I submitted my application on Tuesday last week, and since then, the process has been slow, inconsistent, and lacking in transparency.

Documents have been requested in bits and pieces, and there has been no acknowledgment of the documents I’ve already submitted. Despite responding promptly to every request, I’ve received no meaningful updates, and the process appears to be stalled.

Yesterday afternoon, it became evident that documents I had emailed the previous Friday were only being reviewed for the first time. The consultant informed me that the selfie image attached wasn’t opening—something I only discovered because I proactively followed up. Had I not done so, I’m unsure when or if this issue would have been identified.

I am now left in a state of complete uncer*****y, with no clear timeline or indication of what to expect next. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and concerning.

I would appreciate, in writing, urgent clarity regarding the expected turnaround time and what steps remain in the process.
