Unclaimed Benefits

I phoned Sanlam to find out about my unclaimed benefits. They confirmed that I do have & they send me forms to fill. I sent them & they acknowledged receiving them. I have been doing follow ups & they have been saying they will come back to me & they don't come back to me. I phoned again today to find out since they are promising & they dont come back. I am told again that they have not started with the process. This is pathetic as I had unclaimed benefits from Liberty & this has been paid within 14days. .
