Unauthorized three policies

I am Nombuso Nozizwe Buthelezi- *** I hereby write this review directed to Miss Hlengiwe Promise Buthelezi who works in Sanlàm.

This woman had access to my personal details without my permission having an advantage of working at Sanlam as a broker where I have taken two policies many years ago. She used my personal information to take three funeral policies under my name in 2019.

I checked my January payslip to find out that I had premiums I don't know about. When Miss Ndebele visited our school from Sanlam I requested her to check how these premiums came about.

She gave me full details of every premium and the person who "created them" as a broker is Hlengiwe Promise Buthelezi*** 0 81), contact number (078) 2483 541, email address: ***

I do not even know this Hlengiwe and I have no idea what benefits these policies offer and I am not interested on them. She used the people that I have covered already on my exixsting premiums and twisted on their names and initials as she went about faking these policies.

There three policies in review are: 1. Sanlam traditional funeral plan- ***8 *** premium of 219.00 effective date - 2019/05/03

2. Sanlam priority funeral plan-***5 *** premium R180 effective date: 2020/02/24

3. Sanlam Priority Funeral Plan -***5 this is still pending for April

I have not signed for these premiums I did not give permission to her to use my personal details

I got her contact details I called her at 13:53 on Wednesday 18 March to enquire why she did this she listened to me and dropped my calls, I forwarded her a message stating that I am taking this matter for further investigation, there was no reply from her.

I would like you to get hold of her let her pay all my premiums as from December 2019 to present even if the type of a policy is not refunded one, I need her to pay it off from her salary. Sanlam should hold her accountable of her ******* actions and let her pay her debts.

I want every cent that was deducted from my salary including interest. I am taking this to my lawyers as well to deal with crime in our society while we work hard for our families .
