Unauthorized Sharing of My Personal Information

I am extremely disappointed with Sanlam for sharing my new company details, including my email address, with my previous employer without my consent. This is a blatant violation of my privacy.

When I submitted my withdrawal forms, it was clearly stated that the process was related to leaving my previous company. At no point did I authorize Sanlam to share my new employment details with them.

I have called and emailed your customer service team multiple times to address this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory answers or resolutions. This lack of accountability and response is unacceptable, especially for a company that is entrusted with sensitive personal information.

I demand an immediate explanation for this breach of my privacy, a written assurance that such an incident will not occur again, and details on what corrective measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Please treat this as urgent and respond promptly.
