Unauthorized deductions.

I'm writing this with a heavy heart I made an inquiry about a funeral cover now I see I have a policy which I didn't consent to I tried sending countless emails for them to stop debiting money from my salary even my employer sent an email to stop it stopped for once I'm even thinking of opening a case at the police station.
