UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS
I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW DO YOU GUYS RUN YOUR BUSINESS, I REQUESTED THAT YOU STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AND CANCEL ALL THE COVERS I HAD WITH SANLAM AND STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT. YOU REFUNDED ME THE BANK CHARGES WHICH OCCURRED AFTER THOSE TWO UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS OF APRIL HOWEVER IN MAY YOU DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AND RETURNED UNPAID AGAIN. THE LADY WHO ASSISTED WITH THIS QUERY HER NAME IS OLWETHU HAMS WHO HAS ALL THE RECORDS OF OUR PREVIOUS CONVERSATION. PLEASE PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND ALL THE BANK CHARGES THAT OCCURRED ON MY ACCOUNT.
