Unauthorized Debit Order, unauthorised Life insurance

Sanlam, there is a life policy debit order on my bank account and I did not by any means authorised this. I have never signed for it, nor asked about a policy with you. You need to cancel this immediately or I will be reporting you for *****. There's no policy number, no emails ... Just you waiting for payment. What is this? This is *****!
