Unauthorized debit and stop order on cancelled policies

I once had a policy with them and I ended up canceling it. Recently they've been debiting my money from my account without my concern. I canceled the policies but they keep on coming back to my account and my salary (persal with different references number) they deducted +-R450 on my payslip and +R800 from my bank today which is +R1200 without my concern. This is theft and *****. I just need my money back and I want nothing to do with sanlam. One of the policies had someone's information (beneficiaries, address and contact number) but they said it's mine, meaning they protect their sales agents who do *****, as long as they bring business.
