Unauthorized Debit Amount

Sanlam made a deduction of R1050 from my bank account without prior arrangement with me. I trying to get them to reverse the payment I am now battling to find out which Sanlam is as they have Indie, sky, I cover which causes so much confusion to the clients. It just say Ref 366877
