Unauthorized Change of Life Cover to Indie

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent change of my life cover to Indie without my consultation or approval. As the policyholder and the one paying for this cover, I find it highly unacceptable that such a significant alteration was made without my consent.
