Unauthorised Transaction

i have an investment with Sanlam, i only authorised them to take the provident funds into my investment but i noticed they took both my medical and provident funds.

When i went to the nearest sanlam branch, i was told i signed and authorised for both my provident and medical funds to be taken by them and i know i only said the provident fund only.

Eventually i ask them that i want to cancel or take full surrender before maturity of the investment, i was told i can't cancel the investment, it is for life.

i honestly need urgent assistance because i have this strong urge that i am being ****med or some doggy business is happening.

when i wanted to choose a suitable investment, Nothing much was explained when i took the investment,no further options were given in which investment is suitable, the person who was helping me in taking the investment, we agreed upon me investing my provident funds not my medical funds.
