Unauthorised premium increase.
I've had an insurance policy with sanlam for almost 4 years now. Their debit order goes through every month even their yearly policy increase. Last week they sent me an sms telling me that my policy is in errears worth of R1380, how? I also don't know they even debited double the normal premium. I want my money and i want to cancel this policy with them.
