Unauthorised debit order
I have a debit order with reference: MULTID FORRENAS26INS*** of R1,241.08 that gets deducted monthly from my account. I was advised by FNB that it is linked to Sanlam. I haven't authorised this debit order. Please resolve this issue as it has been going on for years now with failed attempts to stop it.
