Unauthorised Debit Order

This company has debited an amount of R89.99 from my account. I'm not a customer of this company. Upon calling them to find out why they referred me to another company that is allegedly responsible for the debit. And I was told that this company is using SAfrican Insurance's license to put debits on people's accounts. I tried to enquire further from the agent who was assisting me, she told me she can't say any further as she is just working there. The company I was referred to is Maxi Reward and this number does not even ring it has a message saying \Sorry
