Unanswered Correspondence!

My pension has been managed by SANLAM for over 27 years. Recently I was requested to provide Proof of Life by submitting a document signed in the presence of a commissioner of oaths together with supporting documents. I asked for a confirmation of receipt of the same in three emails but have never received a reply. This seems to be the standard we have all had to accept in South Africa. BUT WHY?
