UNABLE TO RECEIVE MY FUNDS

I got a trust fund with SANLAM for my child ..I clamed it on the 24th of june , they say they will pay within 5 to 6 week now it been so long .I called them to clam my child's funds and they said I will receive it within 5-6weeks but now it been 8weeks ......I've done a follow u about my childs application on the 26 of August they said they have a financial technical problem

And they said MAYBE i will receive it on friday

*NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ..so i've ask help to you because you've help alot of people with this problem.
