Unable to Reach Sanlam Agent – Urgent Matter Unresolved
On Thursday, 30 April 2026, I spent a long time on hold trying to reach a Sanlam agent with no success. Despite repeated attempts, I still haven’t been able to speak to anyone, and my issue remains unresolved.
This is an urgent matter, and the lack of assistance is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
